How do I know if a product is new or second-hand?

Each product listing will clearly state whether it is new or pre-loved. We carefully check all second-hand items to ensure they are of high quality.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We accept returns on most new items within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of second-hand goods, we may not be able to accept returns on pre-loved items unless they are faulty. Please check our policies for full details.

Do I need to bring my own materials for workshops? It depends on the sesison. Some include all materials, while others require you to bring your own. Details will be provided when you book.

Absolutely! We offer beginner-friendly classes as well as sessions for more experienced crafters.
